What does it really mean to know a language?
언어를 안다는 것은 정말 무슨 의미인가?

Actually, the meaning of knowing the language is what I know about the country.

I think I can know the people of the country, know the culture, and also predict the past and the future of the country with language.

I think the language reflects the history of the country.

The fact that I know the language can tell which country I am from and I can predict the environment where I have grown up and further my future.

Knowing of the language is super important.

I can know the history and culture of many countries not only by learning the language of my country but also by acquiring the language of other countries.

As I learn the language, I will grow more socially and emotionally and I will have a broad of the world.

 

사실 언어를 안다는 것은 그 나라를 아는 것이다.

언어를 통해서 그 나라의 사람을 알 수 있고, 문화를 알 수 있으며 또한, 그 나라의 과거와 미래를 예상할 수 있다고 생각한다.

언어는 그 나라의 역사를 반영한다고 생각한다.

내가 언어를 안다는 것은 내가 어느 나라 사람인지 알 수 있으며 내가 자라온 환경과 더 나아가 내 미래를 예측할 수 있다.

언어를 안다는 것은 정말 중요하다.

나는 우리나라의 언어를 배우는 것 뿐만 아니라 다른 나라의 언어를 습득하면서 많은 나라의 역사와 문화를 알 수 있다.

나는 언어를 배우고 사용하면서, 사회적으로, 정서적으로 더 성장할 것이며 세상을 바라보는 넓은 시야를 가질 것이다.
