I agree that changing my mindset on stress could help me live a happier and healthier life.
In fact, no one likes to get stressed and neither do I.
So I try not to get stressed. But, after watching this Youtube, I decided to think positively when I get stressed.
Actually, I tend to be too sensitive.
When I get stressed, my heart is pounding and sweats easily, and I don't want to experience a nervous situation.
So I want to run away from this situation but I can't.
When I give a presentations in front of a lot of people or try something new, I feel nervous easily, my heart is pounding and sweats easily.
For example, Speaking English is too stressful for me.
So When I met a foreigner on the street, I used to run away.
However I had to overcome the stress about English, So I have been studying English and traveling.
So I think my negative stress about English turned into a positive experience.
Also It is too difficult to give a presentation in public.
Peoples bad attitudes and questions make me nervous.
But I have to get over it, so I prepared more and more and get courage.
I can't run away with situations. I tell myself I can get over this situations as much as I can.
It is difficult to think positively about stress.
So If I change my way of thinking about stress, I think I can live a happy and healthy life.
I need a lot of challenges and time to overcome about stress.
